At MahadevCloth, we take pride in our craftsmanship and quality. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for our custom-tailored garments and accessories.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items made to your specific measurements unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.
Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. Please review the following conditions carefully:
If you believe your item qualifies for a refund under our policy, please follow these steps:
Email our customer service at returns@mahadevcloth.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
We will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Package the item securely with all original packaging and tags, include the RA number, and ship to our returns address.
Once received and inspected (within 5 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an eligible item for the same product in a different size, contact us at exchanges@mahadevcloth.com and we will guide you through the process.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
For international returns, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are non-refundable through MahadevCloth.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at quality@mahadevcloth.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for return shipping at our expense and either repair, replace, or refund the item at your discretion.
For custom-tailored garments, we offer one round of complimentary alterations if the fit is not perfect. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your garment to arrange alterations at our workshop or with an approved local tailor (costs reimbursed up to $50 with receipt).
